Infinite Souls Galaxy Throwing Super Move Deals Over 8 Billion Damage

Compile Heart shared a new video of Infinite Souls, an upcoming PlayStation 3 RPG with art from Takehito Harada. Harada’s touch gives Infinite Souls a Disgaea feel and seeing billions of HP reminds us of Nippon Ichi’s RPG series too. Watch as ChouChou drops an entire galaxy on an enemy. Ouch!

    I do like the look of the settings. My interest has increased. And it’s funny how cutesy x ridiculous and absurd it is. I have a hard time getting into some of NISA’s most recent stuff, but maybe this will be a substitute that I could actually enjoy more than the original inspiration.

    This might just be the first Compile Heart game I buy +3+” Just enough Disgaea between Harada’s artwork, and similar gameplay values for me to be interested owo” Although that sound effect at the start of the trailer *grits teeth* xmx’ that sound perfectly reflects my typical feelings towards Compile Heart’s games xmx;;;

    Wowowow, Idea Factory really stepped their game up. Glad to see they’re actually trying. Looks great and all but will seal the deal for my import is when I see the battle system in actual motion. So far we’ve just seen special skills.

    Ok, I am used to attacks that seem to destory planets, yet the planet still stands after the attack, but this…. My god, she destroyed a GALAXY!

    My interest in this game came back. The gameplay looks fun, need to see more though.

    But anyway, Idea Factory is slowly improving based on people importing Neptune/Agarest 2 and loving it but disliking previous games.

    The graphics look good this time around, rare for Idea Factory, but will this be the first game they’ve developed that has good gameplay?  I’m thinking no, but we’ll see.
