Tekken android Alisa Bosconovitch and her chainsaw arms might be in Street Fighter X Tekken. The ESRB rated the game and mentions a fighter that uses chainsaws. That fits Alisa unless Blanka made a stop at Home Depot.

This is an arcade-style fighting game in which players engage in two-on-two battles with characters from the Street Fighter and Tekken universes.
