Mysterious Masked Man Summons The Nine-Tails In Naruto Fighting Game

The Masked Man, one of the new characters in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations, is incredibly powerful. As seen in this video, he can summon the Nine-Tails as a super move and has the Fourth Hokage as a partner character. Who is he?

            *SPOILERS* The guy who has captured all of the biju and wears the mask is being referred to as tobi for the time being cause we have no idea who he is. Before the war started kabuto blackmailed Tobi with something in a coffin. That something was madara uciha. The real madara. Which means that tobi was lying about being madara all this time. The reason we know this is because madara appeared on the battlefield and raised merry hell with his mangekyo sharingan. For convinces sake we should just continue to call the masked man tobi that way we can differentiate between the two.

      Ok so which madara is it that is executing the moon plan that’s happening in the manga right now?!  I don’t remember reading about two madaras.

    I haven’t watched the anime/read the manga in ages so I’m waaay behind. Which makes this totally awesome. The feeling of having new characters in a series where you should know them already, it’s a nice one.

    Fourth Hokage support + Nine-Tails summon = EPIC.

      Yes.

      Battles last long enough as it is, if you can play well. The time the sub meter takes to come back should make the length of time about right.

    So notice from 3:20 to 3:36 Tobi was unable to substitute.

    That’s fantastic.

    Now it seems like you’ll have to sub wisely and take hits on purpose sometimes.

    However, he went back to full in like no time at all, which was strange. I assume the bar refills, and when you sub again, it stays at that level until the bar before it refills.
    This sub system actually looks rather decent! Hope if it’s good it makes it into the next game, and it it’s not that good, they fix it in the next game to be good.
