The Little Battlers Experience Brings 3 on 3 Battles To 3DS In JulyLevel-5 set July 5 as the release date for The Little Battlers: Explosive Boost. This Nintendo 3DS game is an enhanced port of last year’s PSP game. The Little Battlers: Explosive Boost has been updated with 3D graphics, new LBX machines, and all of the LBXes from the most recent anime series The Little Battlers W.

 

Players will be able to select Elysion (Ban’s LBX), Minerva (Ran’s LBX), and Perseus (Hiro’s LBX).

Level-5 also expanded the multiplayer battle feature. The Little Battlers Boost for PSP supported up to four players for bouts like 2-on-2 skirmishes. The Little Battlers: Explosive Boost can accommodate up to six players in a free for all battle royal or team fights like 3-on-3 or 2-on-2 matches. The Little Battlers: Explosive Boost will retail for 4,400 yen ($54), which is a bit less than the average 3DS game in Japan. Fire Emblem: Awakening, for example, is 4,800 yen ($60) and Code of Princess is 6,090 yen ($75).
