Remember that Flick of the Dead trademark we found? Sega formally announced the iOS House of the Dead spinoff and it’s a remake of The Typing of the Dead.

Instead of a keyboard, players type words as if they were texting with a regular phone. Of course, you’ll play Flick of the Dead key on a more advanced device. Sega added over 25,000 words, a boss rush, and a drill mode to Flick of the Dead. You may have to pay extra for those features, though.
The good news is Flick of Dead is available for free for the game’s opening sale. You can grab Flick of the Dead from Japan’s iOS store.
