Neptunia V takes place in Gamindustri circa 1989. While you play as Neptune she isn’t the CPU of Planeptune. A new character, Pururut is and she transforms into Iris Heart. Blanc, Noire, and Vert are in the game too. They still transform into White Heart, Black Heart, and Green Heart, respectively.
