Believe It, Even Naruto Has A Social Game

Naruto will join the long list of Japanese franchises with a social game of its own in June. GREE is releasing the game, which is tentatively called Naruto X GREE. It’s a social card game where players form squads and fight powerful foes like Itachi Uchiha.

GREE will release Naruto X GREE for feature phones in June. The game is slated for release on smartphones (Android 2.2+ and iOS) sometime this summer. Like most social games, Naruto X GREE is free to play, but certain in-game items cost real world money. Namco Bandai already released a One Piece social game so I guess Dragon Ball is next on the company’s to do list.
