imageNamco Bandai set September 20th as the release date for the upcoming Tiger & Bunny On-Air Jack! The PSP game’s genre is "TV show action" and will follow the anime series with Wild Tiger as a playable character.

This is hilarious. I actually just watched the first episode of this show like an hour ago.

…Of course no way is this game gonna get localized, but still. Fun little coincidence.

There’s a slight chance, the possibility is more unlikely due to it being on the PSP as opposed to being the series itself. Viz had licensed T&B, so this game could make it overseas, provided there’s still a market for the PSP once T&B gets released by Viz.

      • Not to be negative, but I wouldn’t count on it. From what I notice, the game has a good chance of becoming just another one of those Adventure/Visual Novel games that partially retread the source Anime’s story.

But a Tiger & Bunny fighting game? Then I’d be fully interested.

I cant imagine there is much of a psp market here when they release it in early 2013.

Ah true but Atlus is (or was) still putting out Growlanser IV and Gungnir, so who knows.

Can psp themes be used on vita? That theme would probably be cool, if only we could switch out Kotetsu for Ivan.

Wonder if this game follows the show, takes place after the show, and what the heck happened to that movie that was teased and that has yet to materialize. I need my hero-fix, man. I needs it.

  • YESSS. I’m so getting this. I’ve picked up almost every other piece of T&B merch and this is no exception :)
I just wish I could buy it through the PSN store for Vita instead of importing :X
