Buddy Monster, Yuji Naka’s Newest Game Is Out In Japan Today

After leaving Sega, Yuji Naka founded Prope where he created games like Fishing Resort, Ivy the Kiwi?, and Rodea the Sky Soldier. Buddy Monster is Prope’s newest project and this social game is one part monster hunting and one part pet sim.

The goal of Buddy Monster is to defeat other monsters, of course, but players also have to build a bond between them and their monster. Mobage just released Buddy Monster and like many of their other games it’s free to play with optional items to buy.
