Animal Crossing For 3DS Makes You A Mayor

Animal Crossing is coming to the Nintendo 3DS this fall and it looks like the same house customizing game you’ve played before. The big twist is you start Animal Crossing as a mayor. Players will be able to manage the town and, of course, add all kinds of trinkets to their house.

Whoa, Katrina’s fortune-telling looks like it’s become some sort of FMA transmutation circle.

This looks to be the best Animal Crossing yet! And it’s nice to have a new twist thrown into the formula with the whole mayor thing.

Does look good… I was for the longest time saying no… I don’t want this. Nope. But urgh it just keeps pulling me towards it.

    Take that, Tom Nook!

This game looks about as cute as ever ^_^
My only gripe with the Animal Crossing games though is that there is no sort of “relationship system”. Tell me it wouldn’t be cool to actually be able to form friendships with your animal neighbors~ I think it would just add more to these games. I think I’d like to see series become more like Harvest Moon in that regard ^_^ lol

Don’t they? It seemed like the more you interacted with your villagers, the more they’d reward you for things and the more things they’d talk about.

      Or was I just crazy?

It does have a very basic relationship system, sadly. They could do more to expand on it, I think~. But at the same time, it’s a bit refreshing how casual it is. It doesn’t feel like an actual system, and that makes it feel more natural.

I Love Animal Crossing and I always will, Really a Game you can play to unwind and relax while decorating or designing new patterns

I’m so excited for this game~!

I love the variety of designs you can apply to the outside of your house, and I’m adoring all the design options in general (especially for the clothes~!). Getting to see the size differences in the animals so distinctly was very nice too. (I wish they let the players choose a size group for their character.)

Couldn’t be more excited for this~. I just hope the city/mall aspect of this game is more expanded than that of CF’s.
