New Super Mario Bros. 2 Will Be The First Mario Game With DLC

Nintendo plans to add extra content to New Super Mario Bros. 2 post launch as downloadable content. Players will be able to purchase extra Coin Rush stages, a new mode where you try to collect as many coins as you can before time runs out.

Satoru Iwata announced the news during Nintendo Direct, but didn’t say how much extra stages would cost.
