Your Music Could Be In One Of Xseed’s PlayStation Vita Games

By Spencer . June 22, 2012 . 4:30pm

Orgarhythm, a PlayStation Vita music meets strategy game from Acquire and Xseed, is looking for song submissions. Acquire said they will release up to 100 extra songs as downloadable content, but they need music first.

Garage band or grammy winner, amateur or pro anyone with original music can submit music for Orgarhythm. All you need to do is to upload a track to YouTube and fill out this form. It’s in Japanese, so here’s a quick translation. (Don’t worry, Acquire and Xseed can read English!)

Nelio, Acquire, and Xseed will check out the songs and get in touch with artists later on.

I’m going to play Orgarhythm with this song.  :D

Original music only, so unless you can somehow get Yasunori Mitsuda to submit this track, it’s a no-go.

      • PoweredByHentai

I think Mitsuda is a contractor now so it is entirely possible for him to submit his compositions for this game.

  • I added songs of The Beatles…

Has anything been said about this having custom soundtrack options? It would be great if you could import your own music library into the game.

It would be helpful to mention which choice is which for the JASRAC question.

    • Merrick

JASRAC- Japanese Society for the Rights of Authors Coalition, basically. So unless you are part of that group, the answer will have to be “no”.

      • Doctor Nebula

I’m guessing they might mean which option to click for no.
Which would be the one on the right.

      • creid8

Yeah, MarkMario is right – the non-Japanese reader doesn’t know which of those choices is ‘no.’

  • Merrick

My question is this: Are they OK with multiple song submissions or do they want only one? I already sent one out.
