CyberConnect2 has a new Naruto fighting game slated for release in 2013. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 goes back to the very beginning of the series, even before Naruto was a kid. The game has a rooftop fight where the Third Hokage fights the Nine-Tails. The video also shows the Fourth Hokage and a mysterious "masked" man who are probably playable characters in Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 too.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 is in development for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
