The Perfect Independence Day Game Stars George Washington’s Dog

If you’re reading this from America, Happy 4th of July and there’s a tongue-in-cheek game perfect for the occasion. Washington’s Wig puts players in control of Dogsworth McFreedom, George Washington’s dog, who has to fetch Washington’s wig.

You play the game by jumping over British dogs and grabbing on to a bald eagle that carries players the alligator filled Delaware River. The wacky concept and the 8-bit art style makes this parody game stand out. Oh, and if you’re following the indie scene, Washington’s Wig also has a few cameos like the goat from Escape Goat.
