Aquapazza, Examu’s Crossover Fighter, Finally Hits PS3 In August

imageA new challenger in the fighting genre will arrive in August when Aquaplus releases a fighting game with characters from Tears to Tiara and ToHeart 2.

I suppose we should say we’re *pretty* sure Aquapazza will be ready on August 30. This is the third release date for Aquapazza, which was originally supposed to come out in June.

Examu, the developer behind Arcana Heart, made Aquapazza which has a fighting system that uses character’s emotions.

    Looking forward to it.

Great. I’ve wanted it since it’s release on arcades, so I’ll most likely just import this. A fighting based on Aquaplus/Leaf universes is a dream come true.

Guess Hentai Fighter felt threatened by P4U that they backed off ’til the end of the month.

Still looks like a poverty game though.

       Because it is one…

WELL, when P4 at least had some form of sexual attraction sticking its hand in nearly EVERYTHING that happened in-game (Opening animation, the master plot, the field trips, not to mention Rise practically unzipping your pants everytime she came within 3 feet of you), it’s hard to say it’s not at least hentai-‘ish’.

       hentai fighter? you mean DOA5?

Arguably the best quality in a 2D sprite based fighter ? Has a spot in SBO ?

Yes the game is very poverty … -_-

      • Define quality, cause I’m pretty sure KOF12/13 have hand down the best quality sprites still.

This a japan only game or is it coming to America/Europe? Because I was watching some videos and it looks amusing, even if I barely know any characters.

  • Katamari Toys

man, cant wait to play it!

August 30th looks to be the most anticipated day of the year.

The release of P4U being sorta synchronized with P4A annoys me when I feel the games from Leaf had so much more effort put into them story-wise, and no less as older titles. Well, the more-recent English release and Japan-hype is to blame too, I guess.

Here’s hoping it winds up infinitely blowing P4U out of the water so it gets a Western release.
