Paramount has been moving into the interactive entertainment space with titles like War of the Worlds and the Star Trek video game, which Namco Bandai will distribute.

The film will be trash since it does not follow the book AT ALL, so I have low hopes for the videogame…..

    •  The film went through several changes (maybe some major) that I just lost track what they were doing. I know they pushed the release date back at least a couple times and added a new writer in what felt like the last minute.

    Avoid movie to game adaptations.

Its good for you, its good for the industry.

Sure it wont stop them from trying to exploiting a name, wont really promote them to put in the effort but…

Naw. Its just a general lose-lose.

…Wait, the film is still in the works?

I’m kinda scared to watch it at this point, considering how much of a fan I was of the book.
