Namco Bandai and Aspect, the developer behind the Naruto: Ninja Academy titles, are working together on a Thundercats video game. While this looks like a throwback tot he ’80s, the upcoming Thundercats game is based on the new anime series.
Players control Lion-O as he fights his way to face Mumm-Ra. You can call other characters like Tygra and Cheetara in for assist attacks by tapping their icons on touch screen.
Thundercats comes out for the Nintendo DS on September 25.
