Famitsu has a few tidbits on Time and Eternity: Toki Towa. The PlayStation 3 RPG begins when Princess Towa’s wedding ceremony is interrupted before she can kiss her fiancé and tie the knot. Makimona, a fortune teller with long purple hair, predicts this, but it’s too late.
Someone awakens Princess Toki’s aggressive (knife wielding) personality Towa during her wedding. In battle, players will be able to switch between Toki who uses long range attacks and Towa who is melee fighter.
Similar to Final Fantasy VII, you can do extra damage if you press the circle button at the right time. When it appears over an enemy’s head you can do a todame or finishing move called a Final Blow Attack.
Time and Eternity: Toki Towa is slated for release on October 11. Namco Bandai is planning to release a limited edition with a soundtrack CD, voice drama CD, 48 page art book, and a code to download 11 custom themes.
