Soon you can tap away to Oblivion (Rockin’ Night Style) on your PlayStation Vita just like Gatchman. DJMax Technika Tune is slated for release on September 27 in Japan and September 7 for Korea. Pentavision confirmed they will bring DJMax Technika Tune to North America, but haven’t announced a release date for it.

My body is ready. As soon as I can preorder it. I will have it preordered. Or grab a PSN card to get it digitally. I know I need it, but I’m not sure how yet!

    • I thought the same thing.

I almost rejoiced over that…oh well

    • Kevadu

      Maybe they meant Europe?

    • Wondering_Zero

They most likely meant Korea, since it is a game made by a Korean company. At least if my brain isn’t lying to me atm…

  • Anon-non

i reaaaally hope the back panel is optional.

  • Solomon_Kano

    I shall have this!

  • Kevadu

    This looks hard….

  • PoweredByHentai

Oh wow, my brain just exploded.  XD

I’m already used to playing Technika in the arcades so the rear touchpad being used like that is going to throw me for a loop.  XD

While I am a fan of DJMax, I’m not sure if this is something I would buy. I mean the thing that killed it for me was the fact that its seems to be touch only gameplay and controls. There are buttons there too, touch is nice as an addition to games not as a substitution for buttons. Well in my opinion at least.

    • Brandonmkii

DJMax Technika has always been a touch screen game, even in arcades. It’ll be really hard to change the entire system to accomodate buttons. I’m sure there will be a regular djmax coming out at some point.

Ahh. I see, thank you for clearing up this misunderstanding.

Here’s the arcade version of DJMAX Technika:

Like what @Brandonmkii:disqus said, Technika has always been a touch screen game.

  • neetyneety

I like the creative way they implemented the rear touch pad, but my god that’s gonna take some getting used to. (especially if you’re used to the arcade ver.)

I don’t even want to imagine what the updated charts are for songs like SIN or D2. ._.

  • Ravage27

    This looks ridiculously good :3

  • Roubjon

Yes….YES…I cannot wait.  Gotta be #1 on those leaderboards.

  • YES! :D Sweet… no need to spend $2 everytime to play DJMAX Technika in the arcades!
