Mega Man E-Tank Doesn’t Have Energy, It’s Full Of Soundtrack CDs

Capcom has a neato collectable for Mega Man’s 25th anniversary. That energy tank is loaded with Mega Man soundtracks. You get a complete collection of original Mega Man music – that means all of the tunes from Mega Man 1-10 – in an e-tank tin.

  • Very clever design. I like it.

E-tank should be an energy drink. Because well… yeah.

  • Go2hell66

lol that is pretty cool,i wanna hear some of that rockman rock :D

  • Kris

    I can only afford this in my dreams… ;_;

  • this must be some sort metaphorical message from capcom since this “E-tank” looks awfully similar to a trash bin and the way they are treating the franchise..

    • Luna Kazemaru

-_- are we really about to start this man I swear some of you posters lately…

      • Peace Legacy

He named himself Dong, what do you expect?
Either he is a Vietnamese, or he is just another satire takes on troll (a positive case of Poe’s Law)

    • Get over it man.

  • They should make a “Legendary” edition that has “Megaman”  “Megaman X” “Megaman Battle Network”  “Megaman Zero”  “Megaman Legends”  and those 2 Arranged track. Though I could only imagine how ridiculously pricey it would be.  Maybe just a different E-Tank per series.

    • But E-Tanks aren’t a significant symbol for all the series. For Battle Network, a CD case in the form of a large chip may be more appropriate.

  • Nicolas Vasquez

i know there’s still time for announcement, but i would prefer a pack of all the megamans like they did for they 20th anniversary, though this time throwing the x series, legends and wishfully thinking zero.

  • Sammy Garner

This is GREAT!!!! Though I do wish they would add a MEGAMAN 1UP HEAD with the rest off the MEGMAN series OST, especially the COMMAND MISSION ost. WILL B PURCHASING

  • Mister_Nep

Is this going to be available outside the Capcom store? Because I totally wanna get this.

  • ShawnOtakuSomething
  • OatMatadoQuatro

I imagine the Capcom staff thinking
“Mmm, the MegaMan fans are very angry, I wonder why…”

  • That’s….pricey. Tempting, but pricey.

  • $36598391

I’d be all over this if they were Megaman X soundtracks….

  • Jake Deerberg

I hope they bring this to the west outside of the capcom store.

  • $187!!!!??! Man… I really wanted it too.

  • Waaaaaant.

I’ll be over in the corner, eagerly and hopefully awaiting these item’s appearances on import friendly sites.

  • gquain

man, i would have bought this for under 160$
Because i cannot ignore the shipping costs… sigh
I’ll get it after the “hopefully someday” price-drop for sure

  • Merchandise is all the Blue Bomber’s good for nowadays, huh?

  • Handlebar-Orion X from GMOTM

I hope this comes to the states, and that this and Xover won’t be the only 25th Anniversary releases planned. (I’m also crossing my fingers that they’ll revive the Megaman legends 3 project some month soon.)
