Sol Trigger Character Maces Her Way Into Another Imaggepoch Game

By Spencer . October 4, 2012 . 5:15pm

soltSol Trigger is out in Japan today and the youngest member of the Sol Trigger team is crossing into another game. Imageepoch and NHN Hangame made the browser strategy game Chevalier Saga Tactics for PCs and Cyril is joining it as a crossover unit.

Cyril is a "Berserk" class unit and wields a Sol Mace using both her hands. If you’re playing Chevalier Saga Tactics you can get Cyril by playing a special Sol Trigger mission.

    nyann all I can see is Chang po from Senko no Ronde o w <;; I'll have to give Sol Trigger a try on it's own merits though if it does actually get localized u w u;; Even if imageepoch isn't a company I typically buy from, might be worth it for a story with Sogabe's designs o w o;

       Speaking of Senko no Ronde, has anyone heard anything on the Vita game?

        Haven’t heard a thing on it, outside of from the sounds of it’ll only share the mechanics of Senko no Ronde. So it might not be a direct sequel to Senko no Ronde series, but rather a spiritual sequel T 3 T;; I’m just hoping it retains the many qualities which made the original games so great~

           I hope so too. The only one Iv`e been able to play was the one Ubisoft put out. Looking forward to importing the Vita one.

            mhm *nods* even though DUO has some nice improvements additions, the original is still the one to play u w u;; Overall better balance between characters as well I prefer the pacing of the matches more.

            But I imagine Vita will take after DUO, which is AOK by me, I’m really hoping they work hard on the balance; but a Senko no Ronde with free online would be really nice, pretty big factor in selling the Vita for me o w <;

  • I wish Sol Trigger would “Mace” its own localization lol

    Finished Sol Trigger’s demo on my Vita this morning, and boy was it long, it took me three days to finish it!!! XD (playing a bit at a time)
    I must say, the game looks quite good, being a PSP game it doesn’t have the flavour of an epic huge outstanding rpg but it sets the mood right, it’s got good graphics (even better with Vita’s filtering), the story doesn’t look too bad, and the battle system is very good imo, fast and flashy. Plus the gals are REALLY hot (Sophie, omg).
    Lol I thought the little one’s name was Sheryl myself XD (she’s near useless in the demo, starts at lv3 while everyone else is 6 or 8, hits for low damage, often misses and only has 1 skill that raises defense for a party member XD oh and of course low HP)

    • IE really go all out for the Swan Song of PSP lol. Now plz let english speaker enjoy this too…

  • I just got the game this morning on my Vita. I dont really like FPRPGs but this one is just amazing.
