Ikki Tousen Social Game Bursts Through 100,000 Users

Before Senran Kagura became one of Marvelous AQL’s hits, they made busty beat ’em ups with the Ikki Tousen license. The latest Ikki Tousen title is a social game called Ikki Tousen: Burst Fight which is available for GREE and Mobage.

Ikki Tousen: Burst Fight launched in May and just reached 100,000 members today. Marvelous AQL is celebrating by giving away free virtual items worth 10,000 yen ($127). Players can collect digital goods by filling out a stamp card when they logon to play Ikki Tousen: Burst Fight.

I wonder how the inevitable Senran Kagura social game will do in comparison…
