    AWRIGHT.
Now we gotta get them localized on PS3.

While i don’t want to shatter your dream……. Lets just pray that X-Seed will finish the other Ys or Legend Heroes project before taking the other new project.T_T

The script needs to be translated first. That’s the main issue right now.

      • Shaun Huseman

I thought it was more of an issue of it being two UMD’s rather than the translation

        • http://www.esterior.net/ Endless History

That’s part of it, but also remember that the script is also twice the size of FC’s, and FC took a year and a half to translate/edit.

      • Peeka Chu

I could have sworn one of the issues was getting both UMDs on the PSN.  A “technical hurdle”, as it were. Translation and the distribution of resources too, are also an issue.

        • JazzyMan123

Well yeah, translation plus the issues you’ve listed.

This actually needs to BE on PS3 first. People are jumping the gun,
since only FC is getting a PS3 release at the moment and we don’t know
how long it’ll be before SC shows up on the PS3 also.

Sign. And here comes comments of “where’s SCCCC” and “localize on PS3″ again…

  • Belphegor

Fingers crossed this means one less hurdle for potential localisation. I’ve actually my FC playthrough on hold after only a few hours into the story as I don’t want to contend with the cliffhanger ending and its a shame as I was loving the game mechanics and the characters.

If xseed localize this on ps3…. i’m going to be sad because I don’t have one…

    • http://www.esterior.net/ Endless History

Don’t worry. People are jumping the gun. Only FC has been announced for PS3. We don’t know how long it’ll be for SC to have a PS3 announcement, and worrying about it before Falcom even gets there is a bit moot point at the moment.

I was like on the last dungeon and after watching the OVA, I just spoiled myself of what’s gonna happen dang it

The UMD passport program is really interesting ! Too bad it’s a Japanese-only thing.

Waiting for TiTS SC on the EU PSN :)

  • ThatAzure

Every time I read Trails in the Sky news, I get excited for American release news o.o; gotta stop lol. Who knows, maybe now Xseed can bring SC over since it can be on PSN.

  • Godmars

My only question is if/when this is offered, would the west accept it as a PSN-only titlefor the PS3?  It would certainly be cheaper w/o packaging. Should cover translation costs.

Also confused that if someone like XseeD does this, would it be the upscaled PSP version, the PSV version, or the actual PS3 version that’s suppose to be coming out this year in Japan.
