No plans yet for a Western release, it seems? I hope I’m wrong.

Well we did get an english version of the Psn one sooo hopefully we might get this..though it was a long while but still

In spite of the extra contents, Rebirth does cost quite a bit more being 1500 yen than the original PS3 game at 800 yen..  I alrdy imported Malicious on Jpn PSN and bought the US version as well, personally I think this is better played on console on the big screen w/ so much action going on..  quite a challenging game though, and very hard trophies :(…

        • I have refrained myself from getting the PSN version once I knew an enhanced Vita port is in the pipelines. Here’s hoping it won’t take them one year to release on NA PSN, especially as the base game has already been fully localized into English.

I honestly wouldn’t be too surprised if it took until August/September 2013 for this to come out in North America. Who actually published the English version on the PSN?

    • Sony Computer Entertainment.

It was a first-party game overseas.

  • Out of curiosity, why would it take them long at all to localize this game? There’s not enough dialogue to make it worth dubbing, and the only text is in the tutorials and backstory chapters.

Frankly, It should be like localizing a Super Mario game: very fast.

Cant wait for the english release :D

If this gets translated, I think I’ll finally be able to get onboard the train here and buy this. I’ve been interested in it for a very long time, but hearing of new versions and having sparse resources have always kept me away. But now? Now we might be getting somewhere…

I will get this if this comes over.
