Sega announced Shining Ark will be available on February 28, 2013 and they put together a sizable incentive to pre-order. If you reserve the game you get an Angel Fan Disk with:

Complete soundtrack
Character song album
Tony Taka character art collection
Victory Spark deluxe PR card
Digital accessory kit
A product code for a special guest character

Sega has so many Shining series characters to choose from we’re curious who the unnamed guest is. It also appears that Shining Ark might have downloadable characters.
