So they realized that Go’s plot is kinda messy and want to go back to old Inazuma Style? I’d be all in for that, lol.

The Inazuma Eleven’s storyline was always… Weird to begin with.

    Let’s see… **(Spoilers)**

A man who hated soccer so much, he was willing to hurt kids to prove his point.

Aliens who attacked Japan with explosive soccer balls because the prime minister of Japan was a fan of it.

A man who sponsored a world wide soccer tournament on an island in order create superhumans and start a world war so he could control the world’s oil (Yes, I know).

And I still hold a little grudge over Aphrodi and his two butt buddies overshadowing the Korean Soccer team. (But Aphrodi being Korean was cool).

Hopefully it’ll erase the pain and torture of destroying soccer by a massive genocide of a plot!
    Seasons 1 and 3 didn’t even hurt me…
But Seasons 2, GO, and Chrono Stone’s plot hurts me so much that I can’t stand to bear the pain of watching a peaceful serenity once saved but later a foreboding force is threatening again.
Why can’t they leave soccer in peace!

So basically they’re going to do a game on the original Eleven. Neat. Would’ve maybe liked Go to get a full three games, but oh well.

But seriously, this is a series about SUPER DIMENSIONAL SOCCER of all things, an absurd and over the top plot like all the games have had, albeit the first in a different way, shouldn’t be unexpected.
