By Spencer . November 28, 2012 . 4:50pm

Kenshiro and over twenty other characters from the Fist of the North Star series are ready to unleash rage in another game from Tecmo Koei. Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2 has Legend mode that covers the entire manga storyline from the Raoh Saga to the Land of Shura. Dream Mode has original storylines made just for the game that often focus on minor characters from the Fist of the North Star series. Dream Mode is playable online in co-op and versus modes.

Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage 2 will be available in North America on February 5 in stores for Xbox 360 and as a PlayStation Network download. Tecmo Koei will also release the game on Wii U at a later date.

    Hokuto Hyakuretsu-ken!!!!

I can’t wait to pop this baby in. Please dub it, Tecmo Koei, please!

    • Dexward

Isn’t the Playstation Network download an indication that it’s not going to be dub? Kinda like Warriors Orochi 3 and One Piece Pirate Warriors as well as the upcoming Dynasty Warriors 7 Empire.

YES! dream mode is original stories made for the game. thats alot better then one piece’s dream mode :/ I’m looking forward to this game and anarchy reigns next year

  • Budgiecat

    Oh come on! DD aargh

  • Andrew Austin

Looks like I’ll be buying the european version.

  • StarWarudo

The last bit of the article confuses me a bit. So is this game going to see both a retail and digital version?

    • Andrew Austin

Yes. The 360 and most likely the Wii-u version will be retail while the PS3 version will be a digital download.

  • TheGameTagerZ

They didn’t learn their lesson the first time? They need to make another fighting game

    • Mrgrgr and Unacceptable World

The game is quite popular in japan there. Thats the only thing matter lol.

  • Zonic505

So 360 is retail while PS3 is digital? Huh, weird. Nevertheless, this has reminded me I really need to go back & finish up the first game.

  • eilegz

sigh why digital release, i really hated warriors orochi digital release sure its “cheaper” but no hard drive space =/

    • Dexward

It’s SCEA’s rule about having no English dubs means no retail according to Koei.

  • Spirit Macardi

I’m guessing this means they aren’t going to dub it unlike the first game. After all, they didn’t dub One Piece despite it having an official English cast that’s all non-union.

  • Juan Andrés Valencia

Digital release on the PS3 and a retail release on the 360? Makes sense :|

  • Mrgrgr and Unacceptable World

It seems going to get the Wii U version then.^_^

  • evilmajikman

We should start a petition to get the PS3 version a retail release. This is just unacceptable.

    • veruses

      I concur. sigh

    • xAKUM3TSUx

I wonder if it’s because it may include japanese text (y idk) and vocals or no english vocals at all. Someone once told me a similar scenario about sony policies when i asked about the One Piece: Kaizoku Musou game.

      • Budgiecat

No it’s because SCEA’s rule (shaky rule) on having retail games needing to have English dub or DD only. Of course Record of Agarest War 2 & the Yakuza series get exempt from this law. Also because Koei wants to save money then if they’re being forced that rule

  • xAKUM3TSUx

Online Versus mode XD…(but then i realize i shouldn’t be so happy if I’m already DEAD)
