please come to the west and when i say west i mean Europe too

  • Andrew Austin

    Demonbane?!

    Oh god. OH GOD!

  • Kirbysuperstar2

    Probably fake.

  • https://twitter.com/RaiohV Raioh

Demonbane, Heroman and SKL holy crap! Awesome~

  • LynxAmali

I’m calling fake. I can’t be the only one to that noticed Awakening of the trailblazer and Demonbane debuting on a hand held title? I mean, every major Gundam title has debuted in a major saga title of some kind. Also, SD Gundam and Fei-Yen HD. Really? Otherwise, Legit source please.

    • MrTyrant

I read it’s a leak from Famitsu and is not oficially confirmed yet. It could be possible but Demonbane make it hard to believe, wonder if they are finally putting VN on SRW or something (it could be Demonbane anime but that will be horrible)

Also a SRW with DLC? this is madess.

    • WingsOfEternity

Agreed, there is no way awakening of the trailblazer will be debuting on the nintendo line… should be on the upcoming SRW(z3) on Vita. Demonbane COULD be possible but not likely. SD Gundam on SRW will just have a shitload of conflicts. Also, the lack of Eva 3.0 on the list… Pretty bad joke if you ask me, hell, I would be more convinced it was real if Digimon Xros Wars was on the list LOL.

      • MrTyrant

It’s not the full list yet if it’s true.

    • ronin4life

It is being reported by Nintendo everything as a famitsu thing.

      @LynxAmali and xNekux

Every time a SRW gets announced, people call fake, and I’ve never seen a single time they were right.

    • LynxAmali

I TAKE IT BACK. DEAR GOD, I WAS WRONG. IT”S REAL.

      And it looks awesome.

Oh, did I mention it’s supposed to have voice acting too as well?

EDIT: Two have already been posted. Oh well.

      • Kibbitz

        http://www.imagebam.com/image/34401a225294752

Yes, there’s a corner scan for one of your image sections which says that there’s voice acting, 16 series (of which 8 are new, and of which most are already mentioned by Spencer, I assume V-On doesn’t count as new but who knows) and that the bundle is a 3DS LL one. Makes me sort of wish I held off buying a regular 3DS for PXZ, but what can you do.

The return of Tobikage is getting me hyped though, since I never made it far enough in Impact to really play with them.

  • SetzerGabbiani

Heroman, eh? Stan Lee will be pleased.

    • http://s1.zetaboards.com/Espada_of_Alexandria/index/ konpon568

What? No, this is just another chance to make a cameo appearance. He won’t rest until he has his face slapped in each missile of Venus A!

  • almostautumn

Is Heroman popular in Japan? I watched half of the anime and really thought it was just as average as average gets. Animations are solid and I love the colors, but I didn’t find it interesting.
Also, I saw it has a manga at B&N the other day, which reminded me of Stan Lee’s other title, the super gorey and bloody one. Did that ever get an anime?

  • D. Changstein

Now that $500 3DS with that Gundam game is looking more and more desirable by the minute.

  • Namuro

    YES! YES!! YES!!!

  • MrTyrant

I want to scream of happiness but just thinking about my 3DS with that horrible region lock I am getting depresed already.

    • Morricane

Nintendo knows how to sell multiple 3DSes to people. :D

  • evilmoogle

    Mazinkaizer SKL – OMG

    Demonbane – Are you serious?!?

    http://arinashi.com/img/ekv4dezt.jpg

    • MrTyrant

I think they would downgrade it just as they did with other shows.

      • http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100001059050301 Jermaine Kanhai

I… wanted to say that as well… unless this game’s gonna introduce Getter Emperor as well.

    • Exkaiser

It’ll be the anime version, which has none of the world-destroying powers.

      • LynxAmali

Kishin Houkou actually refers to both the anime adaption and the PS2 port of the original visual novel.

So I wouldn’t be surprised to see them pull a Linebarrels of Iron/ Getter Robo Armageddon and actually use bits and pieces of the other material as well. (iirc, Linebarrels in L used manga elements, what with Soubi being recruitable which never happens in the anime) and Z2 used the Moon Wars audio dramas for Getter Robo Armageddon.

    • KyoyaHibari

I’ve always been curious…so is Demonbane like the omnipotent thing out of like, EVERYTHING?

  • ronin4life

That’s a lot of info for an initial press release…
    O.o

  • http://www.facebook.com/magius.necros Magius Necros

    Japan onry

  • Brandonmkii

Some places are mentioning a special 3DS bundle. Guess it’ll be a good time as any to finally grab a Japanese 3DS.

  • MrTyrant
    • Roxas Twilightphoenix

      Lol~ Miku!

    • http://s1.zetaboards.com/Espada_of_Alexandria/index/ konpon568

I wonder, since Miku was technically a Mecha before this game (Metal Gear ZEKE), I would like to see the backstory behind this. After all, she is a Cyber AI being. That is, I hope so.

    • Kaihedgie

      Ugh. Why? Just why?

  • Göran Isacson

Huh. Well, I’m not the type to say no to some sweet sweet Super Robot Wars… even if it will never reach these shores, but what the hell- sometimes just knowing something this good exists is enough

That is a lie. I want to play this so bad I can taste my own desperation.

  • Sal

How nice of them to add Heroman just when i started watching it

  • Kibbitz

Anyway, since no one here is screaming about Tobikage, I’ll have to do the obligatory LOVE SURVIVOR! LOVE SURVIVOR! bit for Tobikage coming in.

    http://www.youtube.com/embed/RLgumE3Kq8o?feature=player_detailpage

I hear that Dunbine is in too (which isn’t surprising since they are doing Wings of Rean) as well as Dancouga Nova.

    • http://www.siliconera.com/ Ishaan

Tobikage is in this, too? That’s pretty amazing. I used to adore that show as a kid. It was dubbed in English as “Ninja Robots”. The dub was pretty awful, but I must have been 10 or 12 at the time and didn’t care. The show itself was fantastic.

  • http://yaminoseigi.blogspot.com/ Yami no Seigi

I have been wishing to see Demonbane in SRW since i finished the VN but why it must be in 3DS mainly due to the region lock problem.

  • Kurow Akutenshi

    >Game that will never be localized on a region locked portable

  • YourAshyAss_Elbows

Is this the sequel to Super Robot Taisen UO(Unavailable Overseas)?

  • s07195

    http://blog.goo.ne.jp/alpha623/e/3ae78fb3f8e73bab48780996f1787a4a

Although in Chinese, it has the cover and the full list of series. SEED Destiny, Macross F- Itsuwari no Utahime, Macross F- Sayonara no Tsubasa, Tetsu no Linebarrel, Dancougar Nova, Awakening of the Trailblazer are all in.

  • s07195

    Demonbane is the anime version…

  • DurableTomb

    $100… $200… $300… *sigh*… yatte yaruze…

  • Ferofax

The entire Super Robo series made me wonder… are there any Western 2D games that reach the animation level of these games?

This game is beautifully animated, and the bloom and pixelation with all the moving parts just add to the charm.
