Atelier Meruru Plus Will Have A Teacher And Student Showdown

By Spencer . December 26, 2012 . 5:30pm

atelierDengeki PlayStation confirmed Atelier Meruru Plus is coming to PlayStation Vita on March 20, 2013. This PS3 to PlayStation Vita port will have extra event scenes including a shocking teacher student showdown. It’s unclear which student Gust is referring too since Meruru is Totori’s apprentice, but Totori learned how to become an alchemist from Rorona.

Atelier Meruru Plus will have new costumes like a Rorona outfit for Meruru to wear.

Gust will release a limited edition and a paperweight is one of the bonus items. You might remember Atelier Meruru (and other Atelier games for PS3) included a crystal paperweight which has been a collector’s item for fans.

    • Dragon24680

Not a fan of the game, but I love the name. Meruru. Sounds awesome.

    >>It’s unclear which student Gust is referring too since Meruru is Totori’s apprentice, but Totori learned how to become an alchemist from Rorona. And Rorona learned from Astrid, who is also in the game…

    • Keyanf

Yeah, Astrid vs. Rorona seems like the most likely, as it avoids very nasty subjects (which PC is the strongest?) and Astrid is the one that the pupil would be justified in kicking their master’s ass.

  • Leon_Tekashi

All we need now is Rorona and Ayesha.

Hopefully we get to bash Atrid’s face in for 2 games of abuse.

Would be hilarious if the “paperweight” they mentioned was actually a Vita! Zing! (Don’t get mad at me! I own a Vita, and I love it but I can still make fun of it.)

Boo! Admittedly, funny, but Boo! on principle! lol

We need an Atelier Rorona remake on PSVita!

what kind of game is this? JRPG ? Visual novel? i’m interested on the illustration.

  • Lester Paredes

Never played the PS3 games. I actually never played any of the Atelier games. I’d been wanting to try them out, because I hear they are great JRPG’s with awesome crafting. I hope they bring it out over here, since the Vita’s sleep function would allow this game to be more pick-up-and-play than it’s console counterparts. I’d get it.

    i want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
