A Puzzle Game For Touch Detective Fans And Funghi

Touch Detective is pretty popular in Japan, but not because of the series’ quirky detective Mackenzie. Funghi (aka Nameko in Japan), Mackenzie’s pet mushroom, is a well known mascot character. Success Corp is capitalizing on Funghi’s popularity with a Nintendo 3DS puzzle game where you match different mushrooms as fast as you can.



Touch Detective: Funghi’s Big Breed comes out on February 28.

    Huh. That’s kind of fascinating. I wonder if they’ll use that popularity at all to technically boost the series’ popularity, or just use Nameko’s popularity in general.
