Dreamfall Chapters’ New Location, Europolis, Depicts A Cyberpunk Europe

Red Thread Games have shown off a new location from Dreamfall Chapters: The Longest Journey, Europolis. Europolis is a key location in Stark, the series’ world of science (as opposed to Arcadia, the world of magic), and is a European city-state covering the former independent nations of Poland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Belgium and the Netherlands. Red Thread Games say that the cyberpunk-esque Europolis is “not just the dark heart of Europe; it is the filthy bowels and bloodied entrails of Europe.” They add that all footage shown in the video above is real-time in-game footage, running in their prototype on the Unity engine, which is being used for development.
