Where to Farm Iron Ore in Eiyuden Chronicle

There are two early locations where you can find Iron Ore in this JRPG, and the best part is that you don’t have to be far into the game for either one. The first is the Redthroat Ridge, which is available soon after reaching Eltisweiss for the first time. You can find it at spots like the one in the screenshot above.

The other location in Eiyuden Chronicles: Hundred Heroes where iron ore can be gathered is the Abandoned Mine. This is a location that becomes quite important once you get to the castle town. In fact, there is a neat shortcut down from the castle to here, so grinding for iron ore is quite easy here.

What to Use Iron Ore for in Eiyuden Chronicle

There are a couple of uses for iron ore in Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. The first is to get various upgrades for your castle base, such as the Achievement Society and more. These are some of the most important locations you can get at the base so finding iron ore is worth doing as soon as possible.

The other major use for iron ore is for recruiting a couple of key characters. Ormond is the first, a miner in the Abandoned Mine. Fortunately, the iron ore gathering point is right nearby. The other is Douglas the blacksmith who wants 10 iron ore in total.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is available now for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
