HyperDevbox Ports Another PSP Game To Smartphones

By Spencer . March 12, 2013 . 4:37pm

mzl.wqjfpkbc.320x480-75HyperDevbox worked with Idea Factory and turned the PSP game Spectral Souls into a smartphone title. They used the same porting prowess to bring the tactical RPG Blazing Souls Accelate to iPhone and Android.

Aksys wrote the original localized script for Blazing Souls Accelate and if you haven’t seen the game before read what one of Aksys’ editors had to say about the localization process.

You can grab Blazing Souls Accelate for $13.99 on iTunes or $12.85 on Android.

Guess there’s no reason not to. Tons of PSP games like SRPGs/games that basically don’t truly need precision and reflex would be nice on ph/ablets.

That reminds me, I had this game since last year. I nearly forgotten that I bought this game hahaha. Time to re-download it. :)

This is nice and all but…battery life.

Woah, I might get this. Time to look into it and use all those itunes giftcards I never used over the years. I’m glad I checked to see if this was JP exclusive or not! :)

It would be fantastic if they could port and localize Spectral Force Legacy, but I guess they only work on previously localized games. Still, I’m happy to see the Neverland series survives on smartphone.
