      • $36598391

Won’t happen even though it would be nice if it did
Sony will just get in Xseed’s way

        • M’iau M’iaut

If we are going to make crazy claims, please provide some evidence that Sony is responsible for Xseed’s decisions. The reasons this game may or may not come have been discussed at length, none of which involve some grand conspiracy.

  • PoweredByHentai

Damn it, AmiAmi doesn’t have it listed yet. >_<

  • Suriel Cruz

    Y U NO CAME HERE???!!!

  • MrSirFeatherFang

Wow the whole trilogy? I wonder what else they’re gonna do (Gagharv Trilogy?).
It’s only $40 bucks too. Only if I was cool. I hear cool people can only read the text in this game

    • PoweredByHentai

Just a heads up, this is the third and final game in the Sora no Kiseki trilogy. This isn’t the trilogy in one pack.

      • MrSirFeatherFang

Yeah, what I meant was, wow the whole trilogy on the PS3!

    • Ladius

It’s very likely they will port Zero and Ao to PS3 next, since they follow up the Trails trilogy and precede the upcoming Sen no Kiseki.

      • DesmaX

Hope they port the Vita Version. Voice Acting is always nice

  • Phil

    ENG version now!!!

  • Aldorr

    Localization? Someone..? ANYONE…..?!!

  • Nitraion

Hmm at least they make it the HD trilogy…
So when there is a company who interested to localize the game they can use it…

  • Hours

C’mon XSEED. We need more Trails!

  • gamerdude

    Y U No TAke My MOn3y$$?

  • DesmaX

    Well, that’s fast

  • Mar Mar

Falcom will complete the trilogy (26 June) before the next Trails series comes out.

My body is ready for the summer heat.

  • s07195

Wait, when did Sora no Kiseki 2nd HD edition come out? 0_0

    • PoweredByHentai

      Comes out next month.

      • s07195

Oh… and they’re already getting the third one ready. (^_^)”

  • Zharkiel

“Already own The Third on PSP?”

There should be a legislation against rubbing salt in the wound. Dammit xseed, you make it hard to have faith in you.

    • http://www.esterior.net/ Endless History

That’s actually very similar to the statement straight from Falcom, though, too. Unfortunately, the announcement was more directed to the Japanese gamers, since that’s Falcom’s primary target.

XSEED has nothing to do with that.

      • Zharkiel

Yeah, didn’t think that was aimed at us, haha. Doesn’t change that one feels a little hurt after reading that~

As for having faith in xseed, well, I still WANT TO BELIEVE, is just that some days is harder to do so than others, specially when something Trails related comes up in the news. I’m just a fan of the series, stuck in the first game like everyone else who doesn’t speak japanese, cut me some slack =P

  • Luis Camargo

Now, put all three games in one disc and make a western release.
    Please.
    Seriously, please.

    • Ladius

Selling three of the most localization-heavy jrpgs ever as an individual release won’t be very profitable, though, not to mention having all three games in English will probably take years (there’s still no news about SC’s status, and we don’t even know if XSeed will pursue The 3rd),

      • Luis Camargo

I know. Unfortunatelly, the chances for localization are close to zero.
Even as a $60 Remaster, the localization costs wouldn’t be cheap and it would take too long.

At this point, they could sell each game via PSN.

Wait, so if I stand correctly, ALL THREE CHAPTERS are now available on the PS3 platform?

  • Sergio Pinheiro

    Meanwhile, in Xseed kingdom…
    Nothing happens at all….

    • http://www.esterior.net/ Endless History

XSEED has said that they’re still working on SC. A game the size of SC takes time to translate, and as they didn’t get much in the way of sales for FC, amongst other factors (they’re expected to release a certain number of games per year, etc etc), they can’t make SC their priority.

Take for example that Final Fantasy 12 never broke 1 million for its story’s character count. (It’s about 750k, in fact.) – Trails FC is approximately 1.5 million and SC is 3 million.

FC took XSEED about a year to translate with all of their attention on it. They kept having to pull resources from other games to get FC done in time for its release. Jess was editing for 9 months, on 12-13 hour days, six days a week.

Just because XSEED isn’t saying anything openly about it does it mean that they’re doing nothing at all. In fact, at this point, ‘no news is good news.’ All they can say is ‘we’re working on it.’ They can’t give any expectations for time frames on something at that point. Not in the stage its in currently.

The “nothing is happening” and “we aren’t getting it” excuses are just sad by this point. People need to be patient. The fans that played the Kiseki games in Japanese have had their moments of needing to be patient (almost about 20′ish months between FC and SC, and three years between 3rd and Zero. The only game that had less than a year difference in its announcement was Ao after Zero), now it’s the US fans’ turn.

SC is said to be the best of the five games released and Sen has a *very high* standard to meet. All good things come to those who wait, and waiting for SC (without being sarcastic and snide about it) is worth every minute. Trust me.

      • Mithfalath

Wow, thanks for this insight. ^_^ I’m really looking forward to it now.

  • http://thrust-the-sky.deviantart.com/ WildArms

I want to eat Estelle :3

  • Sentsuizan_93

I really hope the 2nd and 3rd chapters get localized. I would buy it within a heartbeat.

  • Riseabovethesky

    Looks good!
