By Spencer . March 24, 2013 . 1:30pm

ie1 Level-5 had a movie crossover that brought Inazuma Eleven Go and The Little Battlers Experience W together. You can pick up the Inazuma Eleven Go vs. The Little Battlers Experience W on Blu-ray and DVD on June 5.

The first print limited edition bundle has papercraft cut outs, a gold LBX bookmark, a 20 page art book, post cards, a brochure from the theater, and a password that unlocks a hidden character in Inazuma Eleven Go 2. No word on who this hidden character is.

Can’t wait for the Little Battlers to finally premier in the US so we can get the games. Also the Inazuma series is great. Nintendo region locking the 3DS will forever leave me disappointed.

What makes you so sure we’re even getting the games?

If they’re going through the trouble of bringing the anime out here, they’d release related merchandise. That’s the whole point of this franchise, right?

      • Solomon_Kano

As one of Level-5’s premier multimedia franchises, there’d be little point to bringing the anime and then skipping out on the merchandise. LBX’s primary merchandise being video games and model kits, with model kits not being as popular in the west as Japan… well, I don’t see any reason not to expect the games.

There’s a chance we won’t get Danball at all.

      • LynxAmali

        That’s like saying we’d get Beyblade….

        Without the physical Beyblades.

Is the anime’s US premiere still on for this year? I remember reading that we were to see it in 2013, but that was way back in 2011 so plans may have changed.

last I heard was this fall and that was a while ago unfortunately.

        • Solomon_Kano

Ah. It’d be nice if we could get some kinda update as whether/when it’s coming.

The crossover’s gonna be awesome, but…I can’t help but imagine seeing all the Inazuma kids go kicking the lil’ robots around, or maybe getting blasted away by all the miniature arms.

Either way, I’m looking forward to everything, the movie, the game, etc. Bring it on! I’m beefing up my wallet just for you guys!
