Chaos Code And Kudlak Sin Unleashed In Japan Care Of Arc System Works

By Spencer . April 9, 2013 . 12:49am

Arc System Works makes fighting games like BlazBlue, Battle Fantasia, and Guilty Gear. Occasionally, they publish other company’s fighting games like Arcana Heart 3. The Yokohama based company also picked up Chaos Code from FK Digital. The PlayStation 3 version makes Kudlak-Sin a playable character.

Sony Computer Entertainment Asia published Chaos Code in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other regions in Asia except Japan last year. So far, Chaos Code has not been announced for the West, but perhaps Arc System Works will release it here since they are ramping up their digital distribution plans in North America.

Stranger things have come out in the West. I’d say we have an okay chance of getting this eventually.

Well, what can i say about Arc System Works now? The new SNK?^_^(Not going to jinx though. Hope that at least ASW know how to manage their money here unlike SNK which is also one of my favorite game delopers known for being very terrible on management.T_T)
Still hoping for a real new Guilty Gear game too here.^_^

I remember wanting to play CC. I’ll do backflips if ASW brings this west.

It’d be crazy if on top of their own awesome fighters they became a conduit for other fighters to release in the west.

This. Although Capcom gets much more recognition, I feel that as a whole, ASW does more for fighting genre than Capcom. Capcom probably views all these others fighters to be threatening to its own IPs, and couldn’t be happier if they weren’t around.

FK Digital said on Twitter and Facebook that they plan to release the game in both Europe and the US. Considering it’s a digital download, personally I think it’s not a matter of if it’ll come out in the west, but when.

  • I bought Chaos Code, it’s awesome

i had a good laugh out of it that some of the moves have the same name as the ones in king of fighters

For a second I thought that maybe Under Night in Birth was also in this… but it seems to have gone under the radar.
