Hot Shots Golf Adds A Crossover Character From Sega’s Yakuza Series

Whether it’s Sega’s Yakuza series has always been tied to PlayStation hardware. Now, Kazuma Kiryu is going to show up in one of Sony Computer Entertainment Japan’s games.

Kazuma Kiryu will be a downloadable character in Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational aka Everybody’s Golf 6 in Japan. Kazuma has newly recorded voice sample. Sony will sell Kazuma for 500 yen ($5). While Yakuza has had golf mini-games, I think  Kazuma would have been a better fit for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Heat actions would have been awesome super meter moves.
