That looks like a sweet Limited Edition I hope you guys enjoy it after having to deal with all that crap with Region Lock, and then Atlus or Zen dropping the ball.(I don’t know who really is at fault it could be both or either of them) So you guys deserve this.

    • Go2hell66

I dunno after seeing the smt4 LE edition for the US i’m not all that impressed…

      • Sentsuizan_93

I agree. I think that even after the little tease done at their website, this was arguably one of the most, if not the most overhyped LEs I’ve seen in a while… Unique, but overhyped.

      • And for $10 more as well, wasn’t it? Throw in conversion rates and it’ll only look more painful :3

      • Herok♞

Well you guys are getting alot of 3DS games before the U.S. …..

    • Vitor Duarte

It’s bad man, really after all the hype and teasing this is what we get? Not to mention this is gonna be like 70/80 euros..

  • I have one on order. And the P4A Arrange Yellow 12″ vinyl too. ^_^

  • Asura

£14.99 for those goods is not a very good deal…

  • Arizato

Very weak Limited Edition, especially after all this waiting.

    • The Watcher

At least its SOMETHING, NA got jack squat, only a pre-order soundtrack with only like 6 songs.

      • Jahmere Durham

        Word. Enjoy your swag dammit.

        • Arizato

We get the exact same arrange soundtrack that you got. I live in sweden and cannot get the vinyl arrange soundtrack due to it being a GAME UK exclusive.

A jigsaw puzzle? So you put it together and then do what? Put it on a table and let it be there?

Those pins and keychain are kind of cool, but nothing I can’t get of ebay for 5-10 dollars.

A bag with the game’s title on it? Kinda cool I guess, but not something I would use.

      • SirRichard

You also got the game nearly a year ago when the online community was thriving.

        • ToshiChan

You could have gotten nothing. Take what you can get.

          • SirRichard

“You could have gotten nothing” doesn’t justify that ridiculous delay, and it shouldn’t simply be dismissed because we did get it.

          • ToshiChan

Yeah, I get that, but at least you guys get a limited edition version and it comes with something a little more substantial than a 6 song CD.

You make it sound like the game had a huge online fighting community at launch when Persona is a niche game in the States and not a lot of fighter gamers bought into it as much as you think.

          • SirRichard

Yeah, I suppose I have exaggerated the online aspect a good bit, and I know Persona’s niche. But that’s my point; not many people are going to still be playing it online, and after all the issues with the European release I’d be surprised if that changes.

          • That it could have been even worse doesn’t make this any better. P4As
european release is a disaster and people have the right to let Zen know
about it. “Compensating” us with such poor goodies and even charging 15
Pounds more for that version is just added insult to injury.

          • Setsu Oh

if it was ‘nothing’ there would be no european version, no region lock on the usa version, europe would have gotten the game a year ago imported.

          • MyBodyIsReady

You make it sound like they’re giving it away for free. They’re charging £50 for this you know?

          • That’s not including shipping so imagine how much it is in total. Honestly though there is no point in buying any Zen United release at launch unless you really want that limited edition. Everyone just best wait for it to become £14.99 within a month or so. I won’t be buying it even if it is that much, I lost interest in the game and none of my friends from the US plays it.

        • Herok♞

Why do people use the logic the online community is dead when a whole region will get the game at the same time?

          • SirRichard

Because not as many people in that region care as they would have back when the game first came out, because other fighting games have since come out and drawn attention away from it because of the delay, as well as players from other regions having moved on from having it for almost a year?

It isn’t going to be anywhere near as lively as it could have been, and the entire release issue isn’t helping it.

          • Herok♞

Well its is new for the region, this would be the new fighting game though the only reason I see not to get it is if they were pissed about the delay but didn’t it happen for things like blazblue as well?

          • SirRichard

It’s newly released in the region, sure, but it’s not a new game by any means. It’ll have been out for nine months elsewhere by the time we get it, many players have moved on and many others don’t want to support it because of the disgraceful treatment of the PAL release and the region lock preventing the more dedicated from getting around that.

The online won’t be anywhere near as active as it could’ve been as a result, and why bother with it when there’s newer fighters like Injustice that didn’t have an insulting mess of a release?

          • Herok♞

Well are you saying there really is no point to releasing it at this point? because at the very least there is still the story for fans to enjoy, all in all are you still going to get it and what is your reasoning for the decision(because that’s what I wonder for everyone commenting.)?

          • SirRichard

I’m not going to get it, after all the silly crap around it and this long delay, it’s simply not worth supporting. There’s plenty else to be getting on with.

          • Herok♞

            Well whatever floats your boat.

          • M’iau M’iaut

That one is a little on the overboard side, my friend. Richard is certainly not some random troll, and has been expressing interest in this game since P4A was first announced.

          • Herok♞

I know I have been having conversations with him about it since then. It just seems really strange to me after all the out cry from people about getting the game released in Europe, when it finally come out no one seems to want it anymore its confusing me with the mixed messages, I understand people not wanting a game after being screwed over but (I am not saying Richard did this himself) I can’t understand outcry for something people no longer want or is it different people who still want the game and not most of the European fanbase.

          • M’iau M’iaut

Well it is well beyond dates once expected, and just hasn’t kept the legs a non-traditional fighter can have. Hell, you’ll probably find more action with Arcana Heart.

          • Herok♞

Fair enough, so why do you think it hasn’t kept the legs is it because it target RPG fans and not fighting game fans?

          • M’iau M’iaut

Actually I’d suspect the RPG fans would be the ones more likely to stick with a game after shelf date expiration. They are playing because of the Persona hook — those just looking to punch some other mook in the face will gravitate to the newer games getting more play. The semi-competitive guys find something that is their comfort zone and work on mastering that.

          • Herok♞

Well thats a shame because P4A is pretty good in my opinion, but I was one of people the game was going to stick with a persona and a fighting game fan.

          • SirRichard

It can sometimes come across that way, but I’m just passionate about this hobby, is all.

          • M’iau M’iaut

No one has anything to apologize for. Herok fell on the sword and you did nothing to cause him to do so. I much prefer boxing a regular’s ears for a brain fart than having to explain why we like our community just fine the way it is.

      • Arizato

We get that exact same soundtrack. We are not getting the complete soundtrack. I don’t see the use for the jigsaw puzzle at all. You put it together and then what?

        • The Watcher

I don’t know why your expectations are so high just for few knick knacks.

          • Arizato

They weren’t really high in the first place. This is Zen-United after all. This 9 month delay isn’t the first time they’ve screwed over thousands of gamers. They hyped it up like it was the second coming of Jesus and then reveal this.

          • Jisgsaw

Probably because of all the wait and the teasing (“you’ll get something amazing for the wait!”).

That said, I don’t find that LE THAT horrible (I would even have said quite nice if the Vynile wasn’t UK exclusive… ‘-_-), just way too expensive.

Edit: well, the LE is only on Zen’s shop, so that’s 10 more € for shipping, screw that, this price is ridiculous for the content (and the age of the game).
Well scratch that, it’s not 10€, it’s 20€ shipping ($27). More than the price of the game in NA…. After a region lock on the game, a content lock for the UK (Vinyle), and even the LE is almost UK exclusive, very nice.

  • Speedo Redempteur

    Disapointing LE.
The best they could do is to include more content or (in this case ) better content.

    • Samurai_Heart

Or you know give out some of the DLCs that they will still charge us for…

Especially when everywhere else in the world can get the game and the DLCs for the same price as they are charging for the game here…

      • Armane

If they try and charge us for the DLC I’m cancelling my regular version pre-order.

  • I want that tote bag

  • Adam Zaorski

So much waiting and they give us a weak CE, what a shame.

Sadly for them everyone in the EU that wanted the game already bought it via Amazon or some other place.

    • jeb

      Nope, they couldn’t.
Atlus went the extra mile this time when screwing Europe over and region locked all versions of the game.

      • Adam Zaorski

Oh, I didn’t know that. Well than, hope it sells so maybe we can get those Persona games faster in EU.

  • notforsale

The design on the jigsaw puzzle looks nice, but I rather have a whole art book instead…

  • PersonaBull

I want literally all of those things I’m actually pretty jealous wow…..welllll except for the Teddie keychain because I’m not a fan of Teddie at all. I definitely want the tote bag and Chie’s badges though, and the puzzle is an interesting choice! I hope at least some of you enjoy it!! <3

  • Neppygear

    Lame. Skipping.

    • Least it’s better than what we got.

      • Neppygear

Hardly a comfort, we’re getting this 9 months later than you.

        • The Watcher

No one is forcing you to buy it.

          • Neppygear

Which is good, because that’s the only way they’d get me to shell out for this.

  • Amagidyne

Wow…now I totally feel like it was worth the wait…who needs something like an artbook or extra game content when you have a JIGSAW PUZZLE?

Not that I’m bitter or anything, oh no.

  • Samurai_Heart

Dear god is that Teddie Nendoroid is overpriced… I know of a website that’s £20…delivery may take a while because it ships from Japan but seriously that’s a 300% mark up…

Here’s a link to a waay cheaper price if anyone is tempted:

  • Jahmere Durham

Dat puzzle….super lame yo. Best LE i ever got was for KOF 13. CD with over 10 years of KOF music. Yes please

  • SunOatBoatMatadorQuattro

    Oh my god a puzzle!

  • Lee Chueng

Better than NA… we got CRAP

    • Chibito

I’d trade any Limited Edition you could possibly come up with (within reasonable limits) for the ability to get the game last summer.

  • Ephidiel

and only accepted payment method is credit card…. sucks

  • That teddy nendoroid is just too expensive. You can get it for £25 at amiami including delivery and even if you do get custom which is unlikely due to the size of the parcel, it would still be cheaper.

  • raulrain

    Arcana Heart 3 limited edition for £13.99, I think it`s time . . . . TO IMPORT!!!!!

  • Vitonofrio del Rosso

weak limited.. 30 eur for what? a puzzle?!?!? LOLOLOLOL

  • Alex Sargeant

I guess the Jigsaw Puzzle is so you have something to do while the game furiously tries to find anyone still playing to matchmake with.

  • Vesperion

jigsaw puzzle in a limited edition? That’s new

    • Adam Zaorski

This comment has my seal of quality.

  • Crazy_O

    Wouldn’t buy it.
I live in Europe but I bought a white japanese PS3 back in the day, so I had to import it from Japan. But it wasn’t playable online anyway since everyone else was from Japan or NA and the connection was bad.

  • Setsu Oh

whatev guys, just buy it used and resell it when finished.
i would have liked them to add chars from sin and punishment too…my little boxing beauty…..too bad they made that guy a boxer….anyway.

  • Ben Sylvia

I’d buy it for the tote bag, the keychain, and the cd.

    • Neppygear

The CD already comes with all pre-orders, though.

  • Razzlero

I’ve had my preorder on amazon for far too long to be bothered reordering for this…

Also while I’m posting, I don’t get people complaining about the online community being dead, obviously when the game comes out in EU all the EU players will suddenly be online playing it.

  • Freud_Hater

I’m so sorry for you European folks… I would really feel like crap if we were in your shoes. Here’s hoping the reverse situation will happen to make up for this, sometime :/

  • Rocket D

Sorry Europe fans….looks like the huge delay had no baring on the content for this LE…I honestly think the regions who still haven’t received this game at least should get a figurine or something more. As I said on a previous article just getting the game isn’t something to excuse this poor service.

This isn’t related but I’m glad Europe will be getting a couple of good titles earlier than the US (I think it’s Bravely Default: Flying Fairy, Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy, and Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, maybe more) Not that these titles are related or even make up for this bs here but I’m glad that Europe fans will get a chance to experience good titles first for a change.

  • Jesse Thompson

If I didn’t already own 2 copies of this game…

  • Crevox

The cover is a spoiler :D
