killerisdead_43Kadokawa Games said Killer is Dead would come out this summer. Famitsu has a clearer release window – August for Japan. Xseed which will publish the game in North America and Deep Silver who has the European rights says Killer is Dead will be released in the West this summer too. Perhaps, Kadokawa and the two other publishers are coordinating to give Killer is Dead a worldwide release like with Lollipop Chainsaw.

    I’m up for it!

Worldwide simultaneous release? Yes please. Yes please very much.

  • I love the art in this game <3

Games like this are the ones that are going to hold up better in the next game generations (You know, the ones that push the art direction harder than the tech aspects like Child Of Eden, the Bioshock series, El Shaddai, Okami, the Tales series, Bulletstorm, Lost Planet 2, Superbrothers: Sword & Sorcery EP, etc.). It’s just astonishing looking.

Not that I have anything against something like Battlefield 3, Crysis 3 (Which does have some remarkably imaginative set pieces) or Gears Of War, on the contrary, I appreciate them a lot.
