Hot Blooded Tough Guy Kunio: Fighting Concerto is a rumble through Tokyo. Players will punch and kick through major districts like Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro. Riki, Shinji, and Misuzu who were rivals in the previous game return as allies.

Developer Million made new modes for players that want to do more than rough up punks on the streets of Tokyo. You can check out extracurricular activities (wait, the Kunio-kun kids actually show up for school?) and play a game of deadly dodgeball. This is a throwback to the Super Dodgeball series which also features the Kunio-kun crew. Hot Blooded Tough Guy Kunio: Fighting Concerto also has a battle royale mode with popular characters from the entire series. The game supports download play so one cart can support up to four players for local dodgeball or battle royale brawls.

Hot Blooded Tough Guy Kunio: Fighting Concerto comes out on August 8 for Nintendo 3DS.

Nice! I was a huge fan of Super Dodgeball on the Nes as a kid. I also really enjoy roughing up punks on virtual city streets.

Grrr. All this Kunio-kun game is making me confused on whether i should just import this game for my Japanese 3DS or still wait for uncertain future.T_T
