GungHo Online Entertainment’s money printing game Puzzle & Dragons has a crossover with Rebuild of Evangelion. This collaboration has completely redesigned "dungeons" with Evangelion graphics and angels as enemies. You can also get Shinji, Rei, Asuka, and Mari Makinami as party members instead of the usual dragons and slimes.
GungHo just announced Kaworu Nagisa and Eva-06 plus Unit-13 which Shinji and Kaworu pilot together. The artwork definitely looks like Evangelion, but a bit softer due to the collaboration.
