Sweet , need more action RPGs like Disgaea. I think this is my favorite sub genre

    • Anime10121

Disgaea is actually an SRPG (strategy rpg), an action rpg is something more in the line of Kingdom Hearts or the Tales of series.

      • http://youtube.com/miyabigaming 水木

Ah right, I can’t think of any ARPGs at the moment

        • Raos

          Nier, Drakengard, Kingdom Hearts

  • Anime10121

Well now this sounds interesting , to my knowledge Nipponichi has yet to come out with a full on action rpg. The Witch game is supposed to be an action rpg too, but was hit with massive delays because of it being their first major ARPG, and is just now getting a release date after what 3 years? Definitely interested to see if they’ve figured the genre out, as Nippichi rarely fails me.

Good to see them trying something different. Hopefully it’s developed by them and not simply published.

Its rumoured to be a sidescroller. This game could be very challenging if Prinny is any indication.

I thought Prinny felt a little stiff, control-wise.

      • DesmaX

It felt like a slow-paced side-scroller (Never though I’d play something like that), but it was still good

        • Kevin Schwarz

Yeah, it ended up being fun, but that stiff control made it even more difficult for those fast paced players like myself.

      • Testsubject909

Yes, but the game was well built around that.

It always felt like, if you messed up. It was your fault.

    • Asuna Ilano

      woah that’d be great!

  • ZekeFreek

I could have guessed that much from the title…

  • puchinri

It sounds fun, but what other news and details that come later could easily change that. I am curious though~.

  • fyi1191

I guess this is the NIS version of Code of Princess.

  • Kaitsu

NIS doing something different and doing something of a genre I’m addicted to?

    Yes.

  • http://ryuz4ki57inenglish.wordpress.com/ Thomas FROEHLICHER

    That might be very interesting

  • DesmaX

Hope it will be just as hard as the Prinny games
