imageKadokawa Games will release Killer is Dead on August 1. People will be able to pick up a Premium Edition for the same price as a vanilla game.

The Killer is Dead premium edition has a reversible jacket on top and a code to download "Beauty & The Beast & The Lingerie." Killer is Dead also has three more bonuses – the Temptation of Miss Vampire gigolo mission, an extra episode where Mondo is an executioner, and a peeping tool that helps during gigolo missions.

Xseed and Deep Silver will release Killer is Dead in North America and Europe, respectively. No details about pre-order bonuses have been announced yet.

cool got a pre order this now!

  • Zonic505

Hoping this’ll be confirmed for the US version.

  • Zypharium

I wonder if Killer is Dead will get a german dubbing, but I guess we’ll stick to the english dubbing, like usually. Shadow of the Damned and Lollipop Chainsaw didn’t get it either, so I guess it’s unlikely altogether. It would be awesome, if they at least don’t remove the japanese dubbing.

    • Jake Joe

This isn’t really a problem because Suda51 usually starts with English the default Language for Dubbing. When the Japanese use their audio the Lip doesn’t sync. Similar to Resident Evil and Devil May Cry series.

  • I’m sure the U.S. and Europe will get something for a bonus. With all the hype around the game, it would just seem dumb not to lol

    • You’d think otherwise. Europe usually gets shafted though, so I don’t have much hopes to that end :p
Hopefully at least you US bros will still get the premium edition and pre-order bonuses.

This is gonna be a the first time I want to listen to a GhM game with Japanese because, as talented as Patrick Seitz is, I don’t think he’s been able to pull off the Bond veneer as well as the Japanese VO been able to do.

    • Asura

There we go again with the Bond comparisons…

  • Testsubject909

And I’m having MGS4 flashbacks… Sorry, the Beauty and the Beast there did that.

  • Tom

I don’t like those DLCs or bonuses that makes the game easier. Like the auto lockpick stuff in Deus Ex: HR. That’s just plain stupid.
