I have been hearing that the demos will also be playable at the Nintendo World Store in Manhattan, so if you’re in NYC, don’t worry.

    • HerosLight

I can just imagine that place being crowded as hell.

I either have to go to Nintendo World or to West Nyack.

  • Hamaro

Aw yeah, this is pretty sweet. Go bay area!

    • YoshEE

Good thing I live near Emeryville area lol

      • Solace Shimizu

        High five!
Just hope they won’t charge for an entrance fee or anything.

  • NTaiyokun

OH GOD YES I LIVE IN ILLINOIS AND ACTUALLY AM NEAR THOSE TOWNS

Ahem, ‘scuse me, my hype accidentally pressed the caps lock key.

    • http://www.youtube.com/user/xxHiryuuxx Tohsaka

Nearest Schamburg or Bloomington? Used to live in Peoria, myself. Actually, I was just up there last week.

  • puchinri

    YESSSS. Mwahaha!
Too bad for our friend though. He won’t get to play while at work, but now he can come back home/to town and play the demos with us~.

  • fearlubu

only OKC for oklahoma, huh? okay ::/

    • fearlubu

      same as always =w=

  • malek86

Nintendo also has this really cool store called eShop.

I’m not expecting them to even take the matter in consideration, but if bringing these demos to Europe proves too difficult because of the vastly different retail chains in different countries, I hope they take into consideration the idea of just distributing them digitally. If they so need, they could also make it so that the demos stop working after a week or so.

    • midorigreen

Although, it would be nice to get these demos on the eshop. I feel that having them only at a retailer during E3 will be much more profitable, as it will bring a large number of people to these stores who either own or are thinking of owning a WiiU. Once E3 is over with I do hope they release these demos for the eshop and at other retailer demo stations, but during E3 this is the best decision they could have made.

  • Muddied_Waters

Lynnwood, huh. Not like I was really expecting one closer to where I live…but with part of I-5 closed off right now…yeah, I don’t think I’ll be making a trip down there.

  • http://twitter.com/AmineHsuNekucha Amine Hsu Nekuchan

Drat, nothing near D.C. on the Virginia side, sad.

  • http://www.senran-international.boards.net/ TwinTails

I’m gonna guess that these should be the most populated cities in those states. But why the specific times? Shouldn’t they be set up in booths until E3 is over?

  • andref

Whoo thank goodness that store in arlington is just 15 min away

  • Colonel Custard

Looks like I’m gonna be demoing some games AWWW YEAHHH.

  • KotaroInugami

No way. MY TOWN!? My town never gets anything… So of all the things to get I’m happy for this one. :D

    • Haku_Luvs_You

Congrats. Hope you have fun :) … If you go that is.

  • Solomon_Kano

    DAMMIT! None in my city. ;_;

None in Chicago either, though? What sorcery is this?

  • Zonic505

Really hope that list grows by the time the demos arrive. All the ones in my state are about 90 minutes away from me….

  • SetzerGabbiani

I was like “crap, no NYC”, but then I remembered the Nintendo World Store in Rockefeller Plaza :p

    • Niermyico

That still sucks though, because everyone in NYC will be there! It’s gonna get packed as hell.

      • SetzerGabbiani

        Very, very true.

  • new_tradition

Article mentions Canada as well. C’mon Toronto..!

(West end, though. Downtown core already gets everything, lol)

    • J_Joestar

yeah, wondering about that too, why mention Canada and have only a list of US locations! such a tease!

  • midorigreen

Nice, I can take light rail over to cascade station.
Hopefully these event prove to be a success for Nintendo and most of the demos show at E3 will be there.

  • Yuta Takemoto

Of course they skip North Dakota. Everything skips North Dakota.

  • Engi3Piece

I’m actually surprise Fayetteville got on the list, well I know what I’m doing June the 12th.

  • Hinataharem

Aw…we aren’t included. Well I hope everyone else enjoys them! Lemme know how it is!

  • http://www.youtube.com/Lyonharvestmoonfan Eduardo Rocha

What kind of games can we expect, though?

    • $29082171

      3D Mario and Bayonetta 2 I guess.

      • http://www.youtube.com/Lyonharvestmoonfan Eduardo Rocha

Nothing I care about, then? Awwww, well maybe I’ll go just to meet people and try that Mario if I have the chance.

        • Kevin Tan

Wonderful 101 and Mario Kart as well

  • CirnoLakes

    Oh hay.
My state is actually on that list.

  • Steven Hunt

Really? NoA is in Washington and all they have is Lynnwood? With a population of circa 35,000? I mean it’s good that a smaller town gets something neat for once, but at the expense of Seattle, Tacoma, and Olympia, to name a few, it seems wrong.

    • http://eonhack.blogspot.com theclaw

You should google Freeland. Try to find anything here.

  • Jrocy247

Of Course….Mississippi is left out again.

    • Caleb

      Mississippi is a real place?

  • ShawnOtakuSomething

going to make love to the booths……..

  • soulz

    What?! No Las vegas, NV?!

  • Neophoton

I’m amazed of the number of Best Buys in southeastern Michigan getting this. Shame it couldn’t just happen to be the one down the street from me and not a 30 minute drive.

  • Haku_Luvs_You

Guess I gotta get my ass to Greenwood, Indiana. Looks like it might be a 3 hour drive from my place. Better be worth it.

  • Digoth

Awesome, the Whitehall, PA store is about a mile away from me

  • Tg

Had no idea there was a Best Buy in West Paterson (NJ). That would make it the closest location to me. =.= There are two Best Buys in my town, but of course, no demos. Kind of strange that the Garden State Plaza Best Buy is not getting the demos. It’s the biggest mall in the entire state with the insane parking traffic….. Oh well. With the West Paterson demo event, I bet it will be reaaaaallly quiet. :D That beats fighting for parking spaces.

If it was Palisades Center, that would be a quiet alternate place to go to. I rarely see people in that Best Buy every single time I go there.

  • DCBlackbird

Damn it as if Wheaton wasn’t already crowded

  • Anime10121

Oh wow, FINALLY Memphis actually gets SOMETHING gaming related :D, though unfortunately, I have to work that week :(
