Dragon’s Crown remains on track for a July 25 release and Atlus assures the game’s online features that use PlayStation Network support will work.  Devil Survivor 2: Break Record is still slated for fall. Devil Survivor 2: Break Record is an enhanced version of Devil Survivor 2 with a new episode that takes place after the Septentriones are defeated.

Additionally, the Persona Music Fes 2013 will go on as planned as well.

Glad to hear, I might just wait for the 3DS version until it arrives to Europe (if DS2BR gets localized), because at this point I somehow doubt Ghostlight will ever release the DS version in the PAL region. Nothing against GL, but they delayed DS2 quite a bit now.

Almost finished the first game on 3ds.

  • Keima88

Thats good to hear! I will keep on supporting you Atlus so keep up on pumping out awesome games.

This is still only for Japan. Who knows when we’ll get it.

I’ve got the DeSu2 NTSC version since it’s not region locked, but it’s a shame I’ll have to wait for the EU version of Break Record though…it’ll end up being released a year or two later :(

    • natchu96

      buy both :/

  • resuri

Glad to hear this piece of good news. :) Can’t wait for the localization.

I wonder if these reassuring statements mean that Atlus isn’t affected AT ALL by Index bankruptcy, or that they are but we won’t see the effects for some time. can’t quite make heads or tails of it, what with how many panicking voices on the internet continue to worry about Atlus while Atlus themselves say everything is easy peasy street.

    • FitzpatrickPhillips

Because its Index thats in trouble.

    • $1484028

wild guess without any insider knowledge =

Atlus’ budget was probably set a while ago (Index even said when news of their impending financial meltdown first hit the press that they’d focus on keeping Atlus running since Atlus had been their one profitable business in recent years), so in the near term everything Atlus has in the pipeline has either already been paid for or is already budgeted for.

beyond that is the question mark.
though Index has indicated they plan to shop Atlus as a whole, and most people are relatively confident that Atlus has enough cachet built from the last few years of success that index will get offers.

Hmm, so they are set for the time being and pretty much just hope for the best after their grace period is up? Guess we’ll see how that works out for them… if they can stand on their own two legs, or if they’ll have to find a new buyer.

  • Slayven19

So what about the DS2 anime, Is that still a go?

Edit:Nevermind its been out awhile now and seems to have just finished last week >_>.

    • Detrimont

  • AnimusVox

‘Dragon’s Crown’ is being released on the 25th of July now?

  • Kamakuma

No idea if I’m getting Dragon’s crown tbh… But might just buy it to show my support then give it to a friend I suppose. >>; But Definitely getting DS2 Break Record. As Overlocked still has me getting all the ending and trying to fuse all the demons. x’D So looking forward to this easily. ^.^

  • Alestaos

My worry about this making it to europe is even higher now. Should i just buy the DS version now?
