One Piece and then Naruto back to back, we’d just need a Bleach (or maybe its more appropriate at this point for a Shokugeki no Soma, Haikyuu!!, or Kuroko’s Basketball) game to come up and we’d have the big three back to back to back…

    • British_Otaku

Kuroko is getting a 3DS game coming later this year which is pretty awesome, not really behind the “Big Three” movement though… >_>

Being back to back in the Shonen Jump magazine should be enough, even if Bleach isn’t doing as well as a few of the other dozen or so series in there.

  • TheHolypopeofgaming

These Digital download only releases are angering me.I shouldn’t have to import a game from Europe just to have a physical copy

    • NightzeroAX

      Indeed. Sony’s policies are stupid.

      • Samuel

It’s not Sony’s policy, don’t blame them. North America has strict laws regarding retail release, it has to have English dub no matter what. Since the game only has subbed voices and no English they can’t manufacture it or sell it at retail. Europe doesn’t have those laws which is why they can sell at retail. Blame the government.

      • TheHolypopeofgaming

I wonder if it’s blame Sony or if Sony is really behind it. Either way I want physical copies dammit! Hopefully we won’t get this BS on PS4 but part of me says we will x10 thankfully it’s region free.

        • NightzeroAX

Since the guy’s comment is awaiting a moderation.
          As far as I’m concerned.
Sega and Aksys games got away with not having dubs. A good example would be Yakuza.
          Sony’s policies are stupid.

          • TheHolypopeofgaming

Which is why I’m calling BS on this being Sony and they are just a scape goat. It’s a niche game and the publisher probably can justify printing discs.

If Yakuza can get a disc release then so can this game. what about that NIS Bleach game?

    • Ryumoau

yeah. And they don’t even give us the preorder option for the digital version yet, like EU psn store has.

    • Christopher

I would prefer digital to not getting it here at all.

    • artemisthemp

There is far more Digital download only titles in EU than US.

      Hatsune Miku, Ragnarok Odyssey etc

  • GameWinner

Thanks Namco, but I think I’m just gonna import the Japanese Vita game.

  • hunterslasher13

hmmmm…heard another site said it was August 30th.

    • Ryumoau

thats the european release date i think. We get games on tuesdays here.

  • harmonyworld

    Finally!
    Been waiting for this~~

  • http://bassoonhero.deviantart.com/ Michael Wootton

Been waiting for this one! Would’ve preferred a physical and Vita release as well, but I’ll definitely take what I can get when it comes to One Piece in the states. Hopefully it’ll do well and we can see more support in the future. Not buying it as a boycott or buying another region’s physical version is not going to do anything but hurt the series chances over here.

  • AkuLord3

Desert do do for all the enemies

  • Ryumoau

Dang a week before Kingdom Hearts. >_<

I also hate the fact that its digital only but still near full price.

    I
hope Sony NA at least give us the pre-order option like EU has. For
some reason they haven't been doing it for certain games like Saints Row
4 and Tales of Xillia. This sucks for people like me whose ps3 doesn't
read game disks anymore. We are locked out of preorder bonuses. :(

  • Learii

finally the released date finally out

  • Edzo04

i didnt like this game that much. the first one was better imo

    • Göran Isacson

That’s funny, people say that about the second Fist of the North Star Warriors as well… you’d think the games would be better with more characters and options. What about the second game makes you think the first game is better?

  • leingod

I had my eyes set on the asian english Vita version… it had a page on Play-Asia for a while, but then it dissapeared.

    • TheExile285

      seriously? ****!!!!

      • leingod

Yeap, it’s no longer there :/

    • Chris Yuen

As someone who lives in Asia and only purchase R3 versions for his Vita, I can assure you that there’s no Asian english Vita version. For Vita owners, there’s only the original Japanese version as well as the Chinese version available. If they had put up a listing earlier, it was probably a mistake, something that my local retailers did until I pointed out to them that sites had reported that Namco had no plans for a English Vita version.

      • leingod

Must’ve been a mistake. A cruel one though.

  • NeoStrayCat

Cool, finally a date, but I’ll rather wait for an eventual sale like PW1 had a while back. (On PSN NA/US of course.) >_>

  • Spirit Macardi

$50 for a game that isn’t even dubbed? Drop it to around $30 and we’ll talk.
