Namco Bandai announced the PlayStation Vita version of Gundam Breaker will be available on October 31. The Vita version has 30 additional missions including area raid battles and team attack battles.

While Gundam Breaker for Vita has multiplayer it won’t have online play like the PS3 version, the game only supports ad-hoc multiplayer. On the plus side, Gundam Breaker for Vita has cross save so you can continue your game from the PS3 version on the go and Cross Play.

Gundam Breaker will add new model kits for ZZ Gundam, Gundam X, Dreissen Unicorn Version, Crossbone Gundam X1, Turn A Gundam, and Destiny Gundam. If you have the PS3 version you will be able to get these parts for free through a game update. Unique for the Vita version is a HGUC 1/144 Gundam Mass Produced Model Zaku set and PlayStation Vita hardware with a Gundam Breaker design.

    That picture with with RX-78 with the Zaku arms ; ;

    Reminds me of that PS2 RPG, MS Saga: A New Dawn. I sort of wished they make a sequel or another game similar to that :/

    Too bad theres no plot in the game.

    Maybe I could get a Vita (just?) to play this.
    Is the download version available for all regions or do I have to have a Japan account?

    • Renaldi Saputra

      maybe u need to have Japan’s PSN acc

    • TheExile285

      To download it, you need to switch to a Japanese account on Vita which is a pain. It would be easier to import a physical copy.

    • Nate

      You have to have a Japan account. And to switch from your US account to the Japanese account on the vita you have to have a separate memory card.
