Remember when Armored Core used to be good?

    • WhyWai

when it was a single player game….

Yeah, 4 was great, can’t speak for the later ones though since I haven’t played them yet due to time and hearing that 5 was a bit rock paper scissors with weapon types, looking forward to this one though.

As a fan of the series… well, i still liked V, though it was completely different from 4 and FA. Once I had a fast build running, V felt pretty nice. The rock, paper, scissors was very noticeable however. If you’re up against something you don’t have the weapon for…. you’re usually doomed.

        Still fun though…
I still want some more single player though…. because I did stay away from online.

I don’t get it. People call themselves fans of the series, and then act like ACV is the odd one out. In reality, AC4 and ACFA were radically different from previous installments in the series, and ACV / ACVD attempt to return to its roots.

Because I’m a fan of the series, but started with 4. I like the games I’ve played, thus I call myself a fan. Never said that V was strange in the series, I did say however, it was different specifically from FA and 4. Never mentioned the others, because honestly, I can’t. I do kinda want to check ’em out, but I don’t really know where to start.

no…no i don’t XD i like the one with white(Forgot the other part)

Things went south way to fast in AC:V due to multiplayer. All the new features seem like they’ll liven things up in that scene so here’s hoping I can finally bring out “Earthen Pedigree”, :”Midnight Crow” and “The Project” for some competition!

It’s a pity they essentially killed a franchise that I used to love with all the recent multiplayer bullshit

  • Richard N

Well… unlike the majority in the comments, I’m looking forward to it. Especially that soundtrack, sounds great!

Hopefully this one maintains a strong online community. Sucks to pay decent money for online only games only to have them deserted only a year or two down the line.
