They say girls can never have enough clothes, and although Lightning is known for being Square Enix’s world-saving badass, she’s no exception. Game Watch shares a look at some of the many costumes and styles of Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII that were shown at this year’s Tokyo Game Show.
In Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, we’ll be seeing plenty of traditional Final Fantasy job classes in the form of “styles” that provide unique abilities and appearances. The Dragoon style will have its trademark “Jump” attack, but it will be part of a combo with another offensive ability called “Beat Down”. The Black Mage style will have a magic barraging ability called “Rapid Fire”
Here’s a look at some of the styles, mixed and matched, along with various customized looks with accessories:
Black Mage and Red Mage
Heart Stealer and Gorgeous Admiral
Blazing Mars and Nocturne
Let’s just hope that The Ark will have enough space to fit all of Lightning’s many wardrobes.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is slated for release in February 2014 in the U.S. and Europe for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
