God Eater And Street Fighter IV Developers Are Making Freedom Wars

Earlier this month, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan announced that we’ll hear more details about Freedom Wars, on November 21. This week’s Famitsu magazine shows that some familiar developers are creating the PlayStation Vita title.

 

The magazine reveals that God Eater makers Shift and Street Fighter IV co-developers Dimps will help out Sony World Wide Studios in the development of Freedom Wars. Sony’s Japan Studio often works with other teams for first party titles. Senran Kagura: Shinovi Versus developer Marvelous AQL and comcept worked on Soul Sacrifice.

 

Additionally, Famitsu teases a glimpse at two key characters of the game:

Uwe “Sakamoto” Cabrera, the valiant veteran.

Aries, the mysterious young lady, who leads the protagonist.

 

Freedom Wars is currently in development and slated for release in 2014 for PlayStation Vita.
